Course Summary

"High Vibin' and Thrivin'" is a monthly mindfulness journey dedicated to celebrating what’s going right, raising our vibration, and tuning into our intuition through simple daily habits that create meaningful change. Each month, we’ll gather online or in person to dive into a new theme, focusing on deepening our intuitive connection and making mindful daily choices that honor that inner voice. This year is for you. Together, we’ll set powerful intentions each month, craft supportive action plans, and build in accountability to keep you moving forward. When women come together with purpose, magic happens. We’ll tap into the energy of our community to manifest our visions and bring them to life. 

What to Expect:

  • Monthly Classes held on the second Monday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 pm (Online and In Person)
  • Inspiring and supportive discussion of the monthly theme 
  • Intention Setting Journal Prompts
  • Guided Meditation 
  • Monthly sharing of the glimmers (the things going right)
  • Discussion and accountability of daily habits
  • Monthly handout with key points of theme and habit tracker for the month
  • Monthly oracle card pulls
  • Incredible community of like-minded women supporting one another 
  • Facebook Group Page with links to meditations, accountability, support and card pulls 

Wendy Malko

Wendy is a certified Positive Psychology Coach, Mindfulness Facilitator and Intuitive Energy Healing Practitioner.  She is also a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training through the Mindful Eating Training Institute.  Wendy is a strong advocate for practicing mindfulness as she has seen the many benefits in her own life.  Mindfulness has not only helped her gain the tools she needed to manage her own anxiety, but also helped her tune into her intuitive abilities.  Her passion for helping others reduce stress and anxiety and create a life they love is evident in her private sessions and group workshops and classes.
