Course Summary

Align and Shine is a monthly class designed to delve into the essence of authentic living. Embracing authenticity involves aligning our energy with our true selves, unlocking the magic within. When we compromise our values and stray from our own integrity, it triggers discomfort in both body and mind.  Living authentically doesn't necessitate sharing our entire story or opinions with everyone we encounter. Authenticity is, at its core, the profound practice of self-love. It involves recognizing that what holds true for us in the present may evolve over time—reflecting growth, a natural and beautiful progression.

Throughout our time together, we will embark on a journey to explore our core values, fostering a heightened awareness of what holds utmost significance for each of us. Our meditation practices will emphasize the art of noticing felt emotion within the body and connecting with our higher selves.  Engaging discussions will revolve around the reasons living authentically might push us beyond our comfort zones, the significance of authenticity, and practical strategies for taking intentional actions and making decisions that lead us towards alignment.  

When we are connected and aligned with our true selves, decision-making becomes effortless. What is not meant for us simply falls away, opening us up to opportunities, people, and situations that are synchronized to our truth.

This year there will be an opportunity to attend class online or in person.  The online and in person classes will be held the second Monday of every month at 7:00 pm.   All classes will be recorded if you can't make it.   Monday January 8th is our first class.   All classes are held at Shea Tree 1239 Manahan Avenue in Winnipeg.

Wendy Malko

Wendy is a certified Positive Psychology Coach, Mindfulness Facilitator and Intuitive Energy Healing Practitioner.  She is also a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training through the Mindful Eating Training Institute.  Wendy is a strong advocate for practicing mindfulness as she has seen the many benefits in her own life.  Mindfulness has not only helped her gain the tools she needed to manage her own anxiety, but also helped her tune into her intuitive abilities.  Her passion for helping others reduce stress and anxiety and create a life they love is evident in her private sessions and group workshops and classes.
